What You’ll Do
We provide the widest range of memory, logic, storage devices, LED components and LCD/OLED panels to enhance the user experience in home entertainment, mobile devices, lighting and computing. SSI has advanced R&D labs focused on product design and research in memory, displays, logic, image sensors, and mobile technologies.
You’ll work with the sales teams delivering leading memory technologies to one of the largest cloud customers, to enable them to innovate product experiences benefiting millions in areas of cloud. This program will give you the opportunity work and experience across all technical and commercial aspects of strategic customer support!
Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our Bellevue, WA office 3 days per week on, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time
Reports to: Senior Manager, B2B Account Sales
- This position is with the Samsung US Sales division and will report to a Sales Manager in the Bellevue branch.
- This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience in technical sales at Samsung Semiconductor, working with strategic customers to deliver best-in-class customer support.
- Assisting the Sales Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to develop may crucial sales capabilities: supporting customer needs, promoting sophisticated design-in products, negotiating strategic deals, managing supply chain
- You’ll collaborate with several teams, including: Technical teams to learn the application of Samsung technologies, Marketing to understand market dynamics and how to apply this information, Operations to manage supply chain complexities
- Responsible for effective analytics and reports for the Sales Manager to aid in alignment of customer forecast, supply and revenue projections, analyses on customer trends, pricing, etc.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring
- Currently in BS/BA degree program (Electrical Engineering preferred)
- Fluent Written/Verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent soft skills in collaborating with people of various disciplines, titles and viewpoints
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint
- You’re inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.
