As an Intern – Talent Marketing, you’ll contribute to the overall success of the talent team by providing a high level of customer service and quality for how we increase exposure in the market. You’ll work on a team creating social media content, reinforcing the talent marketing strategy, and other branding/marketing initiatives for the Talent Acquisition team.
We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented and highly-organized people-person, who is a passionate creator looking for a platform to design and revolutionize what the new normal of healthcare looks like.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teammates, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver innovative, effective content to attract talent.
- Work with the Talent Marketing team to support various initiatives and campaigns.
- Help identify other areas to increase exposure in the market.
- Collaborate on planning and supporting recruiting events (internal or external).
- Identify process improvements and opportunities for innovation in systems and content.
- Be able to successfully project and manage key learning initiatives.
- Attend weekly/monthly team meetings.
- Facilitate training when needs arise, and pilot new strategy when applicable.
Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in Instagram, FB, Tik Tok, LinkedIn (Prefers Business Account Exposure)
- Proficient in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (prefers After Effects as well)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well both collaboratively and individually
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal, team building, and leadership skills
- Has experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Initiative mindset, not afraid to take action
