Aufgaben

Your Tasks:

In this role, you will steer with us our purpose to inspire, connect and advance people towards an inclusive world. Achieving this, you will work with our specialized research teams to gather original insights around Diversity & Inclusion and you will ideate new exciting initiatives to eventually drive both insights and initiatives for our Global 1000 clients. In addition, you will have the opportunity to…

  • Work with key stakeholders on our ‘Diversity & Inclusion Flagship Project’ with long-term impact on the future of work
  • Analyze requirements based on process descriptions and planned changes in dialog with other teams including documentation and modelling of business processes and data structures
  • Gap analyze targets / actuals when it comes to standardization of recruitment processes globally, based on internal gathering of information through internal interviews, workshops and meetings
  • Carry out analysis of qualitative & quantitative research using internet and database searches and present results internally, but also externally to clients.

Qualifikation

Your Profile:

  • Pursuing a University Degree or already successfully completed
  • Fluency in written and spoken in English, other languages are a plus
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft 365), specifically PowerPoint and the ability to build top-notch presentations
  • Good presentation skills and overall excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Proactive, autonomous, and open personality with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision and thrive in a start-up environment.
  • Ability to self-motivate, self-manage and perform well in a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment.
