YOUR MISSION

• Assisting with planning, organization and management of new and ongoing projects
• Interface of our internal Strategy, Creative, Editorial, PR and Social departments to coordinate communication activities
• Managing your own small projects
• Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of appointments
• Assisting with the creation and managing quotes, orders, invoices, and control budgets and timings

YOUR PROFILE

• Studies in media, business sciences, psychology in an advanced semester or a comparable course of study
• First work experience welcome
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of service orientation
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Affinity for the topic of mobility & lifestyle
• Interest in getting insights in an international acting agency
• An experienced handling of the common office programs (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)

Founded in 2016 by journalists, creatives and producers, we have established ourselves as a leader in data-driven storytelling, working with an impressive roster of brands including BMW, Mercedes Benz, Allianz, the Human Vaccines Project, and many more. Our team consists of over 250 multi-skilled staff split between offices in Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich, and London.

Here at Looping Group, we have a distinctive offering for brands we work with. We develop content for earned and owned digital platforms, using data insights, and trends to create content that authentically connects brands with their audiences.
