Better requires process, discipline and simplification

As an Intern, you will be a part of the Agent Learning Technology team, which designs and develops training materials for WU agents globally. You’ll work closely with global leaders, managers, and subject matter experts to set priorities, align projects to strategic objectives, and ensure training materials are effective, current, and relevant. Your main tasks include quality review, training material and document authoring (PDF and SCORM) using your graphic and instructional design skills. As an intern, you will participate in creative activities (events, workshops) and gain new knowledge from our out-of-the-box trainings.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications we’d like you to have:

  • Background in Graphic Design
  • Experience in using graphics and video creation tools (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with course development software (Articulate Rise and Storyline 360) would be considered as an advantage
