Your area of responsibility

Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Head of HR, expect daily collaboration with the members of the wider HR team. Your responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited, to:

  • Support HR team in day-to-day tasks related to employee life cycle via the internal HR system
  • Support the team in drafting contractual documents such as employment agreements, reference letters and any other employees’ documentation
  • Contribute to smooth execution of recruitment process through ATS (Applicant Tracking System) (ie. preparation and publication of job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling and overall update of candidate’s status throughout the process).
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting activities; preparation of quarterly and “ad hoc” reports (ie. holiday balance, overtime etc).
  • Update employee records in the HR system (Personio) and file employees’ documents in document repository.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal training sessions (ie. arrange room booking, send out invitations to participants, generate meeting links, track attendance, etc.).
  • Monitor HR shared mailboxes daily and proactively answer employees/candidates queries or forward them to the relevant member(s) of the team.
  • Take ownership of employee gifts organization ie: Easter, IWD and birthday gifts as well as occasional gifts (ie. employees wedding, newborn event, etc).
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required (ie. Letters’ shipment, catering services, etc).

Your Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (recently graduated), with ideally focus on Human Resources
  • A strong interest in the HR field is a must have, and a first working experience in HR is a plus
  • Strong interest in working in a multicultural environment
  • Good analytical skills and a proactive mindset
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt and work with different HRIS;
  • PC literacy (MS office, Outlook, …).
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in German is an advantage

Start date: ASAP or latest 1st of January 2025
