Your Tasks:
Customer service tasks (within Guidance & Structure and Disclosure):
- Database amendments and restructuring of standardized answers for FAQ
- Answering customers’ questions in Rating & ranking tools as well as RFQ and RFI
- Assistance for Contract and policy reviews
- Internal alignment with departments
Analysis & Reporting (Environmental Sustainability):
- GHG emission calculation according to ISO14083 and EN16258
- Preparation and analysis of emissions reports
Your Requirements:
- Good knowledge in MS-Office
- Understanding of supply chain, logistics and sustainability
- Current or completed studies in Logistics/Business Administration or sustainability related study program
- Confident in dealing with emission related numbers (CO2e in TTW and WTW) according to Greenhouse Gas Protocol and EN16258/ISO14083
- Communication skills, as well as the pronounced ability to manage your work independently
- You are proficient in English, German is preferred but not required
