Intern Global Supply Chain Process & Analytics (m/f/d)

Be part of the Process & Analytics team of global supply management for Bayer’s Pharma division. We support our colleagues (m/f/d) in steering supply networks in a constantly changing environment. We design and control efficient processes, automize them and implement advanced data analytics in the pharmaceutical industry.

YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

Contribute to Supply Chain Management digital and analytics projects with internal as well as external research to identify innovative solutions
Support management of ongoing projects, organize workshops and communicate with stakeholders
Analyze data, detect patterns, derive insights and present them in a clear and concise manner
Develop and validate KPIs to track, monitor and improve the performance of our supply chains and make them accessible via user-friendly reports and visualizations
Identify and implement sustainable best practices for Bayer’s global supply chain processes

Who You Are

Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar
Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management
Excellent analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
Enthusiastic about digital trends (e.g. artificial intelligence, process mining)
Good knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI
Knowledge of Operations Research and other data science methods is desirable
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Fluent in English, both written and spoken

We offer you an internship for a period of 6 months starting in March 2023 or later.
