Focus – As part of PwC’s own venture investment arm for Industrial IoT scale-ups, you support us in our investment decision process and portfolio management activities.
Pipeline filling – We aim to find the most attractive scale-ups in the IIoT space, with focus on AI (Machine Learning, Predictive Maintenance), Digital Twins, Cybersecurity and ESG amongst others. You help us to find growth companies with the potential to become the next industry leaders. You will be responsible for deal sourcing and driving the longlist and shortlist.
Investment process – We run a profound due diligence, where you support us in the process, e.g. doing plausibility and business plan analyses, valuations, competitor assessments and potentially technical evaluations. Additionally, you gain first insights in transaction structuring and legal documentation.

Dein Profil
You are currently majoring in business, finance, engineering, computer science/information technology or other related digital disciplines.
You should be interested in digital transformation, industry 4.0/Industrial Internet of Things and ESG topics and be eager to deepen your knowledge in these areas.
First working experiences in a dynamic environment such as investment banking, private equity, venture capital or a startup are welcome.
You are very familiar with Excel, Power Point and Google Suite. Experience in financial modelling, business plan analysis, due diligence processes and competitor assessments would be advantageous.
You are fluent in German and English.
You describe yourself as dynamic, curious, rigorous, with strong analytical abilities and good interpersonal skills.
