About The Role
As part of the North America Consumer team, you will be supporting the Senior Finance Analyst in various activities, mainly focused on the maintenance and analysis of the marketing development funds activities and related accruals. You will have close contact with the sales teams and exposure to P&L and Balance Sheet management.
What You Will Do
- Support on the maintenance and analysis of the Marketing Development Funds and other sales discounts accruals
- Work closely with the Sales teams when supporting the SFA on the monthly and quarterly reviews
- Pull sales reports from SAP/BI and assist performing various financial analysis for the Finance and Sales teams
- Support the SFA on forecasting and budgeting activities
- Assist the finance team in various month-end close activities
- Performs monthly account reconciliations
- Support the Finance team in ad-hoc activities
What You Need
- Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Sophomore year or later, or graduate/Ph.D. program at an accredited institution taking at least one class in the semester prior to the internship program
- Degree must be in related area of work with courses in finance, accounting or related topic
- Excel basic to intermediate skills
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to confidently interact and present information to senior leaders
- Must work collaboratively with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
What Is Nice To Have
- Previous entry level work experience preferred
- PowerPoint skills preferred

- Be willing to work in an office in Northridge, CA (Hybrid)
- Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization
- Must provide work availability part time during the academic year and possible full time hours during the summer
