Your Tasks:

With your interest in personnel and organizational development, you have the opportunity to proactively contribute your own ideas and knowledge to our “People & Organizational Development” team and help shape it. We will give you an insight into the wide range of tasks and you will gain your first professional experience.

• You will support us in carrying out potential analysis procedures and coordinate assessment centers in cooperation with our managers.
• After successful induction, you will be the contact person for our internal talent management program, prepare the relevant documents and ensure that the process runs smoothly.
• Together as a team, we optimize existing measures, such as onboarding, leadership development programs, etc.
• You will be involved in the conception, implementation and execution of innovative measures, trainings and workshops, e.g. in the further development of corporate and leadership culture, roadshows, etc.
