Internship Job Title: Construction Management
- NOTE: Internship is for Summer of 2023
- You must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PHD Degree program at the time of the internship.
- This role is also not eligible for continued sponsorship. What is special about this team: Unique talent set to manage a diverse set of construction projects. How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: Will be directly involved with daily site interactions with client, contractors and design firms. An example of a typical project is: Interaction with design firm on constructability, budget and overall schedule. Priorities include weekly design meetings, reviews and schedule input. Project success is related to completion of a well-documented project. Redline reviews are typical priorities for success from the start. Following project design, daily on-site interactions between owner and contractors is typical. Well-rounded knowledge of construction, construction management and attention to details are required for successful project completion. What skills and background will be important to be successful in this internship? Desired Skills: Knowledge of ACAD, PlanGrid, Procore, MSP, Excel, and Word.
