YOUR MISSION
- Support the team with sourcing for tech freelancers for selected fields of expertise
- Be responsible for conducting freelancer interviews to understand the candidates’ personal, professional, and technical background, preferences, and motivation
- Assess technical skills and profiles
- Be in charge of onboarding new freelancers into the community
- Act as a dedicated contact person to tech freelancers
YOUR SKILL SET
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor´s or Master’s degree or taking a gap year
- Previous tech recruitment experience through an internship or as a working student will be considered a plus
- You are passionate about recruiting topics and the tech industry
- You are very customer-/goal-oriented and a strong communicator
- You are ready to bring new ideas, propose new solutions and contribute to team efforts actively
- You enjoy building long-lasting professional relationships
- You are a fast learner and don’t shy away from taking responsibility
- You speak English fluently; knowledge of German is a plus
