Your role

You will support the team to drive profitability of the Siegfried business from top- and bottom-line perspective. Within your studies you have gained first understanding of value drivers in manufacturing related companies. Also, you have a fable to apply data analytics to visualization that can help to support management decision making. Furthermore, you will support preparation of management presentation for different target audiences.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Support design of data analytics models and development of management dash boards
• Support creation of presentations and reports for different management audiences
• Support development of customer / product segmentation databases
• Contribute to the implementation of top- and bottom-line value drivers

In addition, you will learn how different company functions will work together to create value for Siegfried and our customers globally.

Your profile

Education:

• Master Studies in Business Administration, Finance, Business Engineering, Business Chemistry, Business Informatics

Comeptences:

• General understanding of end-to-end business processes in process industries with focus on pharmaceuticals / chemical manufacturing
• Experience in data analytics and data visualization applications will be a plus
• Fluent in English

The Siegfried Group is one of the world’s leading Custom Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) developing and producing active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), intermediates and finished dosage forms. Zofingen is the hub of the Siegfried Group. The production facility at our Zofingen headquarters supplies our customers around the globe with exemplary Swiss quality. The Siegfried company is a popular employer in the Zofingen region, where we meet our social responsibility by training apprentices.
