As a remote-first company, this position can sit in Plano, TX or remote in the US.

Position Overview

The Client Success Team is at the heart of Alkami. We assist clients throughout their entire lifecycle, helping them unlock the most value from our products and services, while ensuring they are able to consistently run their business with our platform. We understand our client’s goals, and, as trusted advisors, recommend solutions to the challenges they face.

We are in an exciting transformation in how we deliver client success at Alkami. We are excited to determine how we can continually evolve, and become a best-in-class success organization. Similarly, we have a real opportunity to enhance how we interact with one another, through the use of best in class tools, data strategies, and interaction models (of varying use cases). We are excited to have someone come into our team that can objectively help us identify new ways of working and new experiences we can deliver for our clients. We have an awesome team, and this role will provide a significant opportunity for an individual to help us evolve our organization, while also being mentored by some amazing professional leaders along the way.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Full participation and attendance in Alkami’s 12-week summer program, including participation in all team meetings and internship cohort meetings (weekly Leadership Series, Group Check-Ins, etc.)
• Successful completion of one large summer project, assigned by team manager
• Successful completion of other projects or duties as assigned
• High collaboration with mentor, team members, and others at Alkami
• Creation and presentation of end-of-program presentation to leadership teams

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as a Senior (Graduating Summer/Fall/Winter 2023) in an undergraduate program or current enrollment in a graduate program (and able to be hired full-time post internship)
• Availability to attend orientation and any other pre-scheduled events in person or virtually
• Ability to participate in full uninterrupted 12-week program; Alkami is unable to provide time off during the summer internship program
• Technical tools / data experience is preferred
• Eligibility to work in the United States without a visa or sponsorship. Students on OPT are ineligible to participate in the program at this time

Desired Skills

• Experience working in a financial institution in any capacity
• Technical skills in data analytics, customer success platforms is preferred
• Program / Project Management Skills / Tools
