Who can you be

You are the motivated and all-around support for our Business Development team:

• Scan the European commercial real estate market for investment opportunities
• Build up and manage relationships with key partners and represent Charly in the realm of real estate
• Assist to shape the acquisition process of promising properties from the first contact through location and property analysis
• Learn and teach about current trends, challenges and opportunities in our ecosystem and develop strategy ideas together with the team to make Charly the greatest hospitality brand

Who are you

• A true Charly soon to be crew member: an open-minded and passionate soul, who can’t wait to tackle the next challenges and get things going
• Ideally first experience in real estate or hotel business
• Communicative and empathic personality who likes to take initiative and enjoys challenges
• Fluent in German and advanced in English
• As an intern: At least 3 months time to spend with us
