  • General assistance to the Operational Business Owner responsible for vehicle product data, as key central source for websites and car configurator and other consumer facing applications in Europe
  • Support preparation and ongoing maintenance of pan-European product information
  • Setting up the base data of vehicle line-up, equipment/features, and technical specifications
  • Alignment with internal stakeholders, national sales companies, and headquarters in Japan
  • Assist testing newly implemented functionalities in the vehicle product database
  • Assistance to the Product Operation team
  • Preparation, analysis and evaluation of market and product data as well as competitor information for all European markets and car segments
  • Deduction of strategic approaches for the product and price positioning
  • Support the launch activities for new models
  • Preparation of presentations in English
  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration or comparable
  • Affinity for the automotive industry and/or first experience in this field is desirable
  • Basic understanding of vehicle related features and technical specifications
  • Great eye for details, precise handling in large amount of data and information
  • Fully conversant with MS Office (Excel: profound experience in formula usage vlookup, pivot table; PowerPoint: create presentations)
  • Affinity for working with online applications
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken); basic understanding in German preferred
  • Enjoy working as a team player in an international team and environment
  • Motivation, flexibility, self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and analytical skills combined with process orientation
  • Ability to work flexibly at the office and online from home
  • Driver’s license valid for Germany is a precondition
