What You’ll Do
Prepare a full tender package from design concept and sketches.
Prepare RFIs supported with sketches to share to with contractors and suppliers.
Coordinating technical drawings with schedule tags, drafting, hand sketching, coordination with sub-consultants, and other technical coordination tasks required.
Fully responsible for the design work produced.
Prepares FF&E Specifications and documentations ready to issue for Detail Design and Tender Stage.
Answers site queries.
Review Bill of quantities, RFQ, & Cost Comparison.
What We Look For
5-7 years in an interior design company that specialized in offices and F&B projects.
Proficient in Autocad, Excel, Photoshop, and Sketchup.
Experienced in F&B, retail, and office design.
Experience in preparing multiple tender packages from concept design to sketches.
Has knowledge about materials and their properties and specs.
