Here’s where you come in:

As the Integrated Programs Director, you will contribute significantly to the strategic direction, organisational development, public engagement, quality and impact of the ministry in World Vision Lesotho. You will provide overall leadership and management support for all aspects of programming in the National Office including, but not limited to, Child Sponsorship, Humanitarian Emergency Affairs (HEA), grants management, and Programs Effectiveness.

You will ensure all programs are managed effectively and contribute to Child Well-Being Objectives achievement in line with World Vision Lesotho (WVL) strategic priorities. You will ensure that programs meet stakeholders and participants’ accountability in line with World Vision’s policies and standards.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Developmental Studies, Public Policy, International Relations, Business Administration, Project Management or any relevant Social Sciences with 8+ years of experience in development programming; Master’s degree in the fields above is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in development context.
  • Must possess knowledge of humanitarian industry, including Sphere standards, NGO Code of Conduct, and Humanitarian Charter.
  • Must possess experience in staff security, safety management, and staff care.
  • Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Must be a citizen of Lesotho
  • The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.
