Here’s where you come in:

As the Integrated Programme Director, you will provide overall strategic leadership and management, integration and coordination of all operations and programs effectiveness to ensure that programs and projects are in line with World Vision Chad National Office and Sector Strategies and standards for the achievement of child well-being aspirations. This position is a key member of the senior leadership team, working closely with other senior leaders to shape and drive the strategic direction and overall success of World Vision Chad.

Requirements include:

• Master’s degree in development planning/research related, Project/Program Management, International development, Humanitarian leadership.
• Thorough understanding of project/ program design, monitoring and evaluation gained through at least 10 years of relevant experience in International Non-Governmental Organisations or similar organisation.
• Knowledge and familiarity with rules and regulations of major donors: Global Fund, USAID, DFID, ECHO, EU, AFD, DANIDA.
• Effective in written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Ability to travel within country, regional and internationally.
