Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, Memphis office of our client seeks an intake attorney with some experience. The candidate will conduct consultations for prospective clients to convert prospective clients into paying clients. Help prospective clients feel heard and understood. Provide legal options and alternatives and fees associated with each such option or alternative. Supervise new clients and follow firm data entry, document management, and email correspondence procedures. Collaborate with Administrative Assistant to ensure intake data and statistics are documented. Previous legal experience is highly valued. Must have Tennessee Law License. Must have a Law Degree. Familiarity with case management and CRM systems is a bonus. Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy.
