The candidate must work well individually and as part of a legal team, and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of the clients. Should have experience in personal injury litigation and/or insurance defense. Must be highly proficient in handling civil cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc. Must be currently licensed to practice law in NY and/or NJ, with NJ a plus.
