Ascension Global Staffing and Executive Search
Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking experienced candidates to join its Insurance practice for our client’s New York office.
The associate will work on all types of transactions (M&A, Capital Markets, Insurance-Linked Securities, Reinsurance) involving insurance companies and those who do business with insurance companies. The associate will also work with our Insurance Regulatory lawyers on regulatory matters.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Drafting acquisition agreements
- Due diligence
- Working on disclosure documents
- Drafting indentures and other finance documents
- Working with reinsurance agreements in the acquisition setting, and preparing regulatory filings.
Candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar.
New York Applicants: Salaries may vary by location. In New York City, the estimated target salary range of this role is $225,000 – $370,000.
