As Inside sales Representative you will be the first point of contact working with potential customers to guide them through the sales process, ensuring they find fitting service that helps the customer solve their problem.

As our new Inside Sales Representative, you will be:

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers’ needs, recognizing our prospects’ pain points, and identifying sales opportunities to solve them.
  • Answering potential and your current customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Using our ever-expanding library to bring the most relevant stories and data to the market.
  • Mastering the lingo, getting familiar with competitors, and perfecting your pitch.
  • Learning to handle any question or objection thrown at you with a solution.
  • Hitting monthly goals and making sure the client experience is great.
  • Working closely with the Sales team to hit revenue targets.
  • Expanding your knowledge of product presentations and pipeline management, preparing you for the next step in your sales career!

What you need to be successful:

  • Native/Bilingual speaker of Polish language (speaking and writing) AND fluency in English
  • At least 2 years of previous work experience in Sales.
  • At least 1 year of previous work experience in cold calling.
  • Tackle problems with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Thrive in friendly competition and seek success in every task.
  • You want to learn and improve yourself.
  • You are gritty enough to bounce back from a setback and focus on long-term goals.
  • You are a good listener and communicator.
  • Previous experience in Customer Support /Key Account Management is an advantage.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Jira, TalkDesk (phone software) are nice to have.

kevin.’s advanced A2A (account-to-account) payment infrastructure solution was created to swiftly change costly card payments to payments linked directly from customers’ bank accounts without using any third-party providers. kevin.’s technology scales to businesses of any size and across industries, including retail, parking, fashion, car-sharing, deliveries, insurance and many more. kevin. focuses on mobile and POS payments where customers predominantly pay using cards currently. Its payment infrastructure is based on open banking – regulated by the European PSD2 Directive – which requires all banks and financial institutions in the European Economic Area to open their API for licensed third-party providers. kevin. develops only own connections to the banks without using any third-party aggregators.
