Your Mission

This role will offer you the opportunity to be at the very pulse of On’s growth and gain cross-functional insights into On’s Innovation. Join our team and keep On moving at top speed. – Business planning, prioritization and support: – Organize, and support the preparation and follow up of key innovation meetings, including innovation board meetings, strategy and cultural off-site meetings with the global innovation team and ultimately ensure the timely completion of deliverables – Assist in the prioritization of tasks, meetings, agenda- and travel management and being the “gatekeeper” of what’s valuable time spent and what not – Debrief teams following important meetings and following up on respective actionables – Lead and/or support projects within the Innovation team – Managing external relationships and handling ad-hoc projects – Act as an important link to other functional teams within R&D and On – Enable the team to work efficiently by setting up of frameworks, work processes and platforms – Support the recruiting process in close collaboration with our talent team, including following up on hiring progress for key hires – Internal communication: – Gate-keeping and monitor the flow of communications in and around innovation – Ensuring a culture of transparency and open communication within R&D – Preparing innovation key meetings and team content for town-halls, open mic sessions and written full team communication, in partnership with R&D leadership

Your story

  • You bring in 3-5 years experience as executive assistant or in a similar position supporting key leadership members – You have the ability to understand a complex, technical project portfolio connected to a diverse product range, a impactful ESG strategy and international communities – Experience in cross-functional collaboration with a focus on delivering – Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships – You are able to read people, understanding their emotions and intentions in the day-to-day operations of an office – You are very structured, 100% reliable and can treat any information confidentially – You know how to get the information you are missing in order to work – You always keep the overview – the more hectic it gets, the more focused you are – You are a problem solver – You are curious and willingness to learn about product, technology and innovation – You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other language skills are a plus
