Initiative Coordinator- Chattogram, Bangladesh

ELIGIBILITY:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Preferred
• Minimum 4 year of experience in Transportation, mobility, journalism, or government systems
• Fluency in English and local language(s)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with diverse government stakeholders in relation to road safety
• Serve as Chattogram Focal Point for work related to the Bloomberg Philanthropies Initiative for Global Road Safety
• Support the Deputy Director in connecting the Initiative partners to local government agencies
• Evaluate initiative progress and submit findings in regular written reports to city focal point and initiative partners
• Communicate regularly and report on initiative progress to senior government officials and Initiative partners.
• Collect necessary data to support implementation in Chattogram, Bangladesh as required
• Support organization of remote and/or in-person meetings and other relevant events in Chattogram, Bangladesh
