This is a generalist IT role where where the successful candidate must be able to manage the infrastructure in general of a small office.

· Provide technical support of workstations and laptops and technical guidance for users

. Set up, manage and maintain IT devices like laptops, printers and routers etc…

. Manage company’s network and maintain connectivity in a remote-working environment

. Assist or lead the company’s ERP implementation project

. Able to troubleshoot by remotely accessing devices

· Manage and maintain user data backup

. Manage company subscriptions and accounts like Microsoft, SharePoint and Anti-virus

. Manage and negotiate with vendors

. Keeping up with the latest developments in software, hardware and IT gadgets and tools

· Any other task related to IT in general
