- Experience in Consultative pitch while implementing
- Strategic Account Management
- Drive Change Management across various levels within the customer and even with own team
- Hands-on 5+ year of in-depth experience in implementing various IT technology
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow-through on issues.
- Foresees potential challenges and comes prepared with solutions to solve a variety of problems
- Understanding the Business needs, translating IT scope format
- Give recommendations based on the clients needs and propose a cost-effective solution
- Excellent Logical and Listening ability
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Understand client’s requirements, grasp and present the vision, technical solutions, and value propositions.
- Prospect clients using online portals and cold calling
- Generating new clients through cold calling/email marketing / online portals.
- Interact with clients for their technical requirements.
- Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills.
- Manage & coordinate with the client from project estimation to delivery.
- Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
- Independent and driven to be successful.
- Basics knowledge of Javascript, HTML/CSS/PHP/MYSQL/ Drupal/ PHP
- IT background is compulsory
