Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will participate in the following key initiatives:
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat, email, or help desk ticket
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Deploy new computer, telephony, and audio-visual Hardware
- Assist in the administration and deployment of company software packages
- Assist in the development of new technology solutions to meet business needs
- Utilize, Develop and Maintain Documentation
