Information Security Auditor

Your mission

In this role you will perform Information Security audits on Swatch Group companies according to the annual audit plan. Your place of work will be in Switzerland, Biel/Bienne (BE). Travel is expected to be around 50% of your time, in Switzerland and abroad.

You will be responsible to:

• Organize, plan, and execute end to end Information Security audits, from preparation work to exit meetings with senior management
• Regularly review the progress of Information Security action plans with the business and IT teams
• Collaborate closely with the Information Security colleagues to continuously improve the security posture of the Swatch Group
• Support and consult local business and IT departments on Information Security matters

Required

• Strong analytical and listening skills to understand the local implementation of processes and evaluate effectiveness of controls and compliance against internal and external regulations
• Strong knowledge in Information Security standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 2700x, NIST etc.) and best practices
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Information Security with at least one experience in Information Security Audit and Information Security Management
• Good understanding of concepts and tools to protect an organization (e.g. EDR, Active Directory, Network Security)
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to present technical and organizational findings to senior management in an effective and risk-based way
• You are fluent in spoken and written English and French. Additional languages are welcome

Nice to have

• Experience in working in an international industrial environment
• Advanced degrees in Information Security (CAS/MAS from Swiss Universities or equivalent)
• Certifications in Information Security: CISA, CISM or CISSP, applicable SANS or GIAC certifications
• Experience in project management
