Here’s where you come in:
As the Information Management and Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for managing World Vision’s Information Management systems, databases, and tools for the global Disaster Management (DM) Team. You will ensure that World Vision’s global impact, its operational and contextual information are collected, validated, analyzed in a timely manner and well presented to leadership to influence portfolio, performance, policy, and management decisions. As a manager, you will provide contextual analysis to influence the decisions of Field Offices, National Offices, and DM units. You will be responsible for managing risks associated with the results and impact that are visible in the DM dashboards.
Requirements include:
- Strong knowledge of at two or more tabular data visualization / dashboard software, e.g. Tableau, R, PowerBI,
- Strong data analysis skills and advance excel skills, PowerPivot, PowerBI, SQL and other database related platform
- 8+ years of experience writing queries, reports and screens
- Advanced analytic and statistical skills such as regression modelling, analysis of variance (ANOVA), forecasting and other statistical analysis using statistical tool (SPSS, R, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and knowledgably in IBM Lotus Notes, Outlook Knowledge in food assistance, cash and voucher programming, emergency response, development and NGO operations
- Formal qualification in project management or data analytics
