Incubation Program Manager (f/m/x)

You will help develop and run our incubation program as Incubation Program Manager (f/m/x). With a lot of freedom and responsibility, you can give free rein to your experience and creativity and prepare, coordinate and execute the incubation program, supported by the rest of the program team in close alignment with the Incubation Lead.

Tasks

• You take on ownership and organize and run our incubation program “NBT Visionaries”.
• Your valuable work has a direct impact on the success of the program. You evaluate and develop the program, using your experience and ideas to design various program components, processes and structures to ensure the ongoing success of the program.
• Your tasks also include organizing exciting events around the program (e.g. workshops, demo day) in collaboration with your team and relevant stakeholders.
• As a project manager, you understand how to work in a data-driven way and how to activate various internal NBT teams, such as marketing, product, engineering, HR and legal.
• You have a keen eye and advise the management on the investment decision at the end of the incubation program through your own insights & feedback on the founder/team.

Requirements

• You want to work on cutting-edge topics, reach the next level and have at least 4 years of experience in the following areas (venture studio, start-up, incubator or accelerator), ideally also as a program manager.
• You love to work with like-minded and highly motivated people and also embody the DNA of a startup culture and manage to inspire and motivate others as well through your positive attitude, respectable interaction and empathy.
• You are an organizational talent, understand what is important in teamwork and are able to effectively drive your projects forward.
• You know how to connect with people quickly because in this role you will meet a lot of great people and your communication skills will allow you to excel in working with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will work with many German and English speaking people. Therefore, we require fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
