IMPACT Operations Officer is responsible for providing Finance, Logistic, Administration and Compliance (FLAT) support for IMPACT missions in Slovakia. This position will serve as the designated focal point for liaison between IMPACT project/field teams, Research Manager and partner NGO People in Need (PIN) in Bratislava. The Operations Officer should be up to date with HR, logistics, finance and security procedures globally and at the country level to ensure they are applied as relevant to the projects and activities of IMPACT. The Operations Officer should meet regularly with program/projects managers to support the finance department in monitoring budgets and allocations and having oversight of IMPACT spending.
Operations Officer will also help the IMPACT SMT in dissemination activities. The Operations Officer will also provide support to knowledge management processes to support institutional learning including the tracking of best practices and its inclusion in the organization’s planning and processes.

- Excellent spoken and written English and Slovak, Russian or Ukriainian is an advantage
PIN Slovakia offers:
- Salary 1,000 EUR gross/month based on your experience and PIN’s salary scale (for full time),
