Qualifications:
Applicant must possess strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, outstanding organizational skills, intercultural communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing a wide variety of family-based, humanitarian-based, and employment-based immigration matters.
Duties will include preparing appeals, motions, and petitions before the federal district courts and federal circuit courts; and representing clients before the Immigration Court, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, U.S. Department of State, and other agencies.
