Ready to Join the Crew? Here’s What You Need to Know
A Quality Assurance Tester for IdeaCrew is someone who can:
Create clear, comprehensive and concise test plans and test cases
Conduct full cycle testing-Smoke, Unit, Functional, Integration, UAT and Regression in multiple environments
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and triage test defects
Perform Defect Tracking, Gap analysis, and Risk analysis with working knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards
Work independently to identify solutions
Work closely with the project team to ensure that all technical project deliverables comply with customer standards and requirements
Contribute to business discussions about the project and user interfaces
Troubleshoot problems and provide customer support for application issues
Desired Skills & Expertise
Three-plus years’ experience working as a QA Tester/Engineer
Agile software development principles, practice and process experience) experience required
Experience creating and executing manual test cases and automated test scripts
Excellent written communication skills; must be able to produce reports, presentations, and technical documentation
Excellent verbal communication skills; must be equally comfortable having high level technical conversations with our Dev Leads or translating technical details for non-technical audiences
Ability to conduct and oversee meetings with leadership, team members, clients and end users
Experience with defect tracking tool (Redmine/Jira)
Knowledge of the Health Care industry preferred: experience performing validation of EDI 837 Claim Billing, 835 claim adjudications, 820 and 834 transactions
