ICM (Intensive Case Manager) Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Preferred Communities Intensive Case Management program. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the provision of programmatic services and strength-based intensive case management to special populations including: (1) youth and young adults without parents or permanent guardians who have spent an unusually long period in displaced situations (2) single-headed refugee households (3) women-at-risk (4) refugees experiencing social or psychological conditions, including emotional trauma resulting from war, DV, and/GBV integration issues pertaining to displaced populations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Supervise and support case management duties to ensure compliance with all contracts and agreements associated with the office and Preferred Communities (PC) Program.
  • Communicate with funders of assigned programs professionally and effectively
  • Provide intake and assessment for refugee clients referred to the PC ICM Program as needed.
  • Lead Quality Assurance Program for department
  • Provide supervision to Intensive Case Managers assigned to the program.
  • Prepare reports and ensure program targets and outcomes are met.
  • Assure compliance with all required reports of the PC Program in a timely manner
  • Serve as a local representative of the agency by attending meetings, making presentations, and handling public relations duties as required
  • Create presentation materials and conduct outreach initiatives with service providers.
  • Facilitate programmatic workshops and other alternative wellness activities as needed.
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings
  • Display sensitivity to cultural differences of refugee clients
  • Adhere to RST policies, particularly those related to confidentiality and client privacy
  • Complete other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in social services desired; Bachelors in social work degree required. MSW preferred
  • High English language proficiency required; fluency in additional language spoken by client base
  • Knowledge of local resources and services available in the area
  • Understanding of the benefit application process for local and state programs
  • Experience working with diverse populations in a multi-cultural environment
  • Computer proficient including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Capable of working independently and proven experience in achieving goals
  • Car, drivers license, and valid insurance are required
