Product Manager

We are looking for a highly talented Product Manager – Billing & Salesforce to join our team in Dubai. Responsibilities
Responsible for a squad (entire product). Works close with RnD counterpart to make sure that the right feature is shipped at the right time
Understands and optimizes KPIs for a project. Proposes and drives A/B tests. Defines KPIs and user goals.
Understand pain points and customer journey for our customers.
Zoom on problem statements in order to come up with effective solutions for our vendor partners.
Develop a deep understanding of the user personas in your customer base.
Use inputs and data insights both qualitative and quantitative to reach conclusions
Plan the product vision and roadmap with all key project stakeholders, including business owners,
designers, and tech leads.
Gather, create, and define user stories (epics, themes, and features), including creating acceptance criteria.
Build, edit, and maintain product backlog with support from internal teams and stakeholders.
Continuously improve process and workflow with cross-functional teams through project retrospectives, ensuring the product vision can be delivered within defined time and other constraints.
Manage product execution to deliver quality products, writing specs, running A/B tests, interviewing users, and ensuring product performance.
Proactively recommend emerging technologies and cutting-edge solutions to stakeholders.
Ensure the product vision is visible, transparent, and shows what the team will work on next.
Demonstrate progress through participation in stakeholder demos of work in progress/complete.
Work with the QA team during acceptance and launch phases to ensure the vision has been met.
Work with the Business Development team to identify new opportunities.
Create and maintain functional documentation and user flow diagrams.
Translate complex technical concepts into actionable items to be planned, prioritized, and integrated into the team’s roadmap.
Extremely strong communication skills both internally and externally.

Requirements
Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
Previous experience handling one entire squad
At least 3 years experience in product management
Familiar with agile methodologies such as kanban/Scrum
Exposure to design experimentation such as A/B testing and continuous discovery
Experience of creating a product strategy and driving a product roadmap
Experience in end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology strategy related to a
Product
Experience with tools such as Jira and Google Suite
