We are looking for our new Humanitarian Access & Networking Team Coordinator.
The team was created in 2018 to support operations in building long term networks and understanding of our context through the placement of key regional positions. It contributes to building MSF OCB’s regional analysis, operational relevance, acceptance and security.
This advertised Coordinator position is responsible for managing remotely a team of 4 regionally based networking functions (MENA, Latin America, East and Horn of Africa and West Africa/Sahel) that provide direct support to operations.
The team supports operations in opening new projects, strategic networking and in navigating complex political environments through in-depth regional context analysis
If you have:
- more than 5 years MSF coordinator level experience in a direct operational position or in analysis support to operations in such contexts
- Extensive experience in people and team management.
- Experience of working in both unstable / insecure environments as well as stable missions.
- Experience of interacting with MSF partner sections and other MSF Operational Centres
- Proven track record in negotiation and networking
