– Be part of exciting national and international HR projects take responsibility by owning your own sub-projects
– Become the go-to-person for researching the newest HR trends
– Provide essential input for creating decision-papers presented to higher management
– Shape the direction of the HR roadmap by running regular reports and support with preparing HR KPIs
– Be responsible for the translation and proof-reading of processes and policies
– Influence the implementation of different employee communication measures
– Become the expert in our Global Human Resources System and keep it up to date
– Organize team and employee events
– Be an integral part of the HR Team by supporting in the day-to-day operations
– You are currently enrolled in bachelor / master studies of business administration, business education or sociology with business as minor subject or comparable
– The HR world is your PASSION and ideally you have gained first professional experience in the HR field
– You have a good knowledge in the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
– Hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial spirit are your second nature
– You LOVE data accuracy
– You enjoy being creative and have a solution-oriented way of working
– Communicating in English and German fluently is a given for you
