Aashman Foundation is an NGO working for single income family widows, women empowerment & child education.
We support single income family widows by supporting them with monthly grocery and currently we are supporting 1,000 plus such widows across India.
We believe in empowering the widows & the females. We are teaching them free of beauty palour courses, patient care courses, stitching courses, computer courses and achar making to make them earn their living.
Lastly, we are running our own schools by the name of nishulak pathshala. We have 16 schools in 11 states of India. Where 4,500 + students are taking free education along with moral development and we provide them the tools for schools that is for education which is required.

*1) Social Media Marketing :*

1st Month
1) Day 1: know what is Aashman Foundation
2) 21 days : Milk Bank Campaign(Raise funds/support for children in need to provide them milk to fight malnutrition)
3) 11 days : Collaboration with Influencers/bloggers
Month 2:
1) 7 days : Social Launch on any given social cause by us
2) 7 days : Enhance Brand Reach among people
3) 21 days : Share your Happiness campaign(Register individuals to celebrate their happiness with aashman)
3rd Month
1) 11 days : Intellectual Express
2) 10 days : Sign up- campaign
3) 5 days : Team goal(team will be formed and they need to decide a social goal among themselves and make a difference)
4) 5 days : Dil Khol Kar dkho (do a good deed, make a video and send it to us)
*2) Marketing & sales :*
Duration – 45 Months
Work: Generate funds for the organisation to support the needy, collaboration with brands & individuals for gathering either funds or brand awareness, branding, lead generation, client relationship managment, etc

*3) Human Resources (HR) :*
Duration – 45 Days, 3 Months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months
Roles & responsibilities for HR profile- 👇
• Create internship drives in college campuses
• Use online medium to enroll candidates
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirmed interviews with candidates
• Post, update & remove internship ads from intern boards, career pages, and social networks
• Prepare HR-related report’s as needed (like training budget by department)
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days.
*4) Social work department :*
Duration : 6 Months
KRA:
The intern will have to work on social causes and will not be involved in professional work like HR
At present it is online and if the intern is willing to work offline it’s his discretion.

4. 10 days : Baal Depression (Providing toys to underprivileged children)
5. 10 days: Milk Bank Campaign (providing milk to fight malnutrition)
*6) Online Event Management :*
Duration -3 Months
👉🏻 Interns need to generate an idea for online events, gather masses, do events for awareness about Aashman and various social agendas about the NGO itself.
👉🏻 Collaborate with brands & individuals to make the event happen, handle team etc.

*7) Graphic Designing :*
Duration – 3 months
They need to make graphics – posters, videos etc for digital platforms using their creative skills.
*8) Winter Internship :*
Duration : 30 Days, 3 Months
Task :
This department will contain task from Human Resource, social media Marketing, fund raiser, sales & Marketing department. This is an overall internship department. 1 task of each department will be there.
*9) Content Writing (Hindi/English) :*
Duration : 3 Months
