Background Information
Within the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team we are responsible for talent acquisition and selection for ASML Europe. We support our ASML Business Goals by focusing on building relationships with managers to acquire the best and brightest talent into the organization.
Your Assignment
Your will closely collaborate with, and support, the Talent Acquisition Advisors (TAA’s) in talent acquisition & selection and creating & executing the Talent Acquisition Plan. Next to that you will be asked to proactively think of and be involved in several recruitment related improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
- You are a bachelor or master student with a background inHuman Resource Management or a related field.
- You are a communicating organizer who knows how tointeract with multiple stakeholders in a team.
- You have a hands-on mentality and feels free to askquestions and challenge a way of working.
This is an apprentice internship to gain work experience. You are available for 4 to 5 days per week, for minimum 5 months. The start date is as soon as possible.
