About The Team

You will join our dynamic P&C team, dedicated to supporting the full lifecycle of employees in our Factory in Neuchâtel. From onboarding of new hires to developing training programs to managing performance, we are committed to fostering a culture of growth, engagement within a positive work environment. Who we’re looking for

  • Currently studying for your master’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or business administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player who is highly collaborative, creative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Motivated candidate, passionate about learning and development.
  • Fluent in French with a good level of English is a must.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for our employees.
  • Continuously improve training programs by incorporating feedback and staying updated with latest P&C trends.
  • Dive into P&C metrics and KPIs, transforming data into insightful reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports for management of P&C activities and performance.
  • Support the P&C team in various initiatives, such as employee engagement.
  • Manage and run technical assessments for machine operators.
  • Work closely with the organization’s leaders to develop and implement performance improvement plans that drive employee growth and success.
  • Track the progress of these plans, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure objectives are met.
