2. On-boarding of new employees, induction, introduction to systems and company policies
3. Management of training across various stages of the employee/intern/apprentice life cycle in the organization – organization of such training, feedback with reporting manager, weekly calls with senior management, reporting of performance and reviews
4. Appraisals of performance management for all employees on a periodic basis, understanding reasons for under-performance, employee coaching and behaviour optimization for optimal performance
5. Framing of policies around regulations and labour laws of the country
6. Engagement of employees/interns/apprentices in team-building and bonding activities and self-enhancement.
7. Payroll management
8. Compliance management
9. Learning Brand Evangelism
10. Learning and practicing Business Intelligence
