Our exciting job role!
We’re looking for a passionate HR Intern (known internally as our Talent intern) who is effective at building and sustaining relationships while seeking out opportunities at every turn to learn about and enhance employees’ and volunteers’ experience. We need to recruit, retain and develop a high performing team and our Talent Intern will play a key role in helping us to do this in a timely, efficient and creative way.
This role is full time – 37.5 hours, with some out of hours working. While contracted to our office in Fleet, Hampshire, our team supports a blend of office and home working provided you have adequate broadband and IT capability, with an average of 2-3 days in the office each week. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract, perfect for someone who is keen to kick start their career in HR or looking for a placement year.
What We’d Like From You
With strong administrative skills to be able to prioritise and work under pressure, you’ll be able to build trust, respect and confidence to work with our stakeholders at multiple levels. You’ll be able to work with limited supervision and you’ll take the initiative to get things done. With a willingness to learn and adapt, you’ll always be looking at how to improve and streamline our processes.
