Our client, an Indian multinational automative manufacturing company, is looking for independent consultants who can deliver the following responsibilities:
– To manage full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates;
– Using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
– Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
– Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases
– Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
– Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
– Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill
Skills Required
– Experience in recruiting is a must.
– Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role
– Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
– Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
– Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
