The HRBP is responsible both for strategic and tactical people and culture-related programs that address the specific needs of the assigned group/division. The incumbent adds value to institutional programs and drives forward the company’s objectives.
What you will do:
- Be a champion of the company’s culture and values, partnering with our leaders to help build the organizations and make sure all decisions are data-driven
- Address challenging talent-related cases and reinvent how work is done to maximize people’s potential
- Roll out programs related to recruitment, performance management, coaching, organizational, and talent development
What we’re looking for:
- At least 7 years of HR business partner, talent management, or generalist experience
- A combination of HR experience in the following areas: talent management, talent acquisition, data analysis, organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, employee engagement, etc.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions
- Should have extensive exposure to solving complex organizational challenges through people-centric solutions
- Should have extensive exposure on mentoring and partnering with the leaders to help them in navigating and resolving employee-related issues or managing programs that promote employee empowerment and success
- Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and people from various backgrounds and cultures
