About The Role

Following a restructure of the HR team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Assistant primarily responsible for recruitment administration as well as general HR duties.

Your duties will include the following:

  • Produce and distribute all employee correspondence in respect of contracts, contractual changes and other employment documents
  • Ensure the HR database is maintained, accurate and complies with current legislative requirements
  • Assist with the recruitment process placing adverts, actively sourcing and qualifying candidates and completing correspondence as required.
  • Provide proactive HR advice on HALO policies and procedures as required within realms of expertise.
  • Support and co-ordinate the induction process for all new staff.

You should have experience working in a similar role ideally operating at HR Administrator/Assistant level. You will be able to manage a very busy and varied workload and will be used to working with HR systems and spreadsheets.

This is a full-time post and is offers hybrid working with a requirement to work part of the week from our HR office based near Thornhill.

Location: Hybrid model working between home and our Headquarters in Carronbridge.
