About SENED
SENED is an independent non-governmental and non-profit organization established in 2013 and registered in Turkey with the number 27-15-175. SENED was established by a group of humanitarian and social activists in responding to the Syrians suffer since 2011. SENED has become specialized in working with and supporting people with special needs since 2015 due to the realization of the tremendous tragedy that people with special needs live in Syria through periodic visits to their places.
Job Purpose
Assist in coordination of department services and functions relating to personnel data administration and maintenance, HR administration, including information and assistance with recruitment, orientation and training.
Key Activities/Tasks/Duties
- Support the implementation of HR policy and procedures
- Support recruitment processes.
- Facilitate the induction/orientation process for all new employees
- Prepare templates and follow-up staff timesheets for each month and ensure timely submission
- Prepare, organize, compile and update personnel files and records in hard and soft copy
- Ensure that database is updated regularly.
- Ensure that all HR-related trackers are updated
- Support the onboarding and exit processes
- Perform other job-related tasks as requested by the Supervisor.
Required Qualifications (Education/Languages/Work Experience):
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related field.
- One year of proven experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in Turkish and Arabic.
- Turkish Nationality.
IT and Equipment
- Good proficiency with Microsoft package.
