Within our Operations & Procurement Team part of Bodywear & Hosiery Business we are searching for a six months internship.

The candidate will be mostly support the team in handling the following tasks:

What You Can Expect
Support the Team in production monitoring, placing orders and follow up logistics and invoicing to secure on-time delivery of finished goods to customers and markets;
Support within the department the preparation of files, reports and handling of documents;
Frequent exchange with interfaces within the Business Unit to secure availability of our product categories;
Join projects and support in implementing new tools; maintain and support in creating VBAs, Macros, others

Your Profile
Have a degree in Business Administration or Engineering;
Are fluent in English, Italian and or German would be a plus;
Have excellent knowledge of MS-Office tools; knowledge in VBA, MATLABS would be a plus;
Have good organizational, communicational and analytical skills;
Are flexible, pro-active, open-minded and target oriented;
Are able to manage the assigned tasks with great accuracy, set your own priorities, take responsibility and optimize the time.
