DEPARTMENT PURPOSE: The Operations Departmentprovides efficient, safe operational functions and support grounded in Feminist Principles that enable OIS to play its role in the Confederation effectively and support the confederation to have greater impact through efficient and effective business support functions.
TEAM PURPOSE: The People & Culture function provides HR thought leadership, and operational support in the areas of HR, Culture and Diversity and Inclusion, across the Confederation, OIS, and countries and regions JOB PURPOSE: The HRIS Manager plays a key role in ensuring the work of the People & Culture function is supported by the use of contemporary, effective, and efficient HR systems. The key function is to ensure the development and implementation of the HRIS, and then its ongoing optimisation. The role will also be a key support in the global implementation of the HRIS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Technical, Leadership, People and Resource management)
- To respond to AX, CRM and supporting applications support and development requests, ensuring system availability is maximised and all incidents are resolved as quickly as possible
- To act as the internal D365 HR Module data management key person and work as part of the team responsible for the ongoing HR module roll out, support, de-bugging and development of all HR module reports from D365 system
- Requirement gathering from both technical and functional terms and identifying solutions for the module
- Work with the HR team on the preparation and delivery of appropriate documentation for functional and non-functional requirements and solution options for the module
- Testing of changes and management of changes into production
- Generation and delivery of both regular and ad-hoc HR related reporting as required
- Act as a support point of contact for HR module users across the federation and play a key role in driving changes to improve business processes through ongoing systems review and development
- To identify areas of improvement within the system and its use (including trialling new processes and set ups)
- Deliver identifiable business benefits from the existing applications; building on the existing platform
- Ensuring all changes are done following recognised industry best practices and IT processes
- Provide ad-hoc training and support to the users of the system
- Liaison with 3rd party support providers as required to manage incidents from initial notification through to completion
- Supervise and support the Training Coordinator
